What do you like best about Helpwise? The unified dashboard. Being able to see who is responding, adding internal notes, switching between inboxes quickly, and moving messages. Better than Outpost.

"Helpwise helps our small team be wise!"

What do you like best about Helpwise? First, Helpwise is easy to use. I have a small team of 3 that utilizes Helpwise to provide support to our small business clients. Previously we used a Gmail account that we all had the login to but that became cumbersome with who was responding and who emails were coming from.
