Happy with Hellotax
Happy with the service I receive from Hellotax, I have a dedicated account manager that I can go to for questions and their ticketing system ensures I always get answered.

Never give your Card Details.
Though this happened a couple of times. My card was charged without my knowledge. They refunded after reaching out. I appreciate their response, but this should happen in the first place. As agreed I am updating my rating.

Slow start but now very satisfied
Over 20 of our customers are registered with Hellotax. In the beginning, we had very big problems, which were caused by miscommunication. We would have liked to get more information from Hellotax. But we should have asked more as well. After we openly and honestly communicated our dissatisfaction to Hellotax, they took it very seriously and made a lot of effort to help us. hellotax One-Stop-Shop Reports
I am using hellotax’s software for the One Stop Shop. As a small business owner taking care of the sales and distribution of my online shop by myself, the OSS software has been an absolute godsent. I do still file the OSS reports myself, but the documents the software provides save me about a week of work each quarter, as I don’t have to sort through my sales manually. I just had a call with one of the advisors there. The man completely lacked customer service skills and was quite rude, to be honest. He seemed angry before I had even met him and said hello. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I will not be moving forward with this company after that first experience if that's how they treat customers.

Product itself is okay but people work poorly.
Product itself is okay. But tax advisor quality is poor. No response. Suddenly stop VAT ID registration. No good knowledge on ecommerce VAT. Software is okay but advisor is poor in general.

Too many issues and unreliable
Customer Service is friendly, but clearly not capable. Always updating retroactive registrations. Emails are not answered correctly on request if the countries are finally registered I won't get an answer. Unreliable. I've incurred high costs and I am still having an audit. Management looks European, but looks like a front for a company with Middle Eastern Management. Be careful what data you share.

Our Italian VAT was deregistered
Our Italian VAT was deregistered, putting our business at risk. We've had no response from support for months despite having been waiting for a year. There is no customer support or urgency.
