"Buggy and outdated"

What do you like best about HCL Sametime? It is still required to be used at work, but we're slowly transitioning to slack. A lot of our workspace aren't compatible or Co. Pletely transferred to slack yet. Ibm doesn't support Sametime as much anymore and they use their own built in notes version now. What do you like best about HCL Sametime? It's integrated with IBM Notes (displayed in the same window) so it makes it easy for me to see if someone is online and I can send them a sametime message, or if I should email them instead. What do you like best about HCL Sametime? Embedded in LotusNotes email, easy to use and organize lists. Easy to take screenshot snippets to send. What do you dislike about HCL Sametime? No easy way to video chat or share your screen like in google hangouts What problems is HCL Sametime solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to send screenshots increases the value of this program because I can share step by step instructions over an internet portal rather than in person.
