What do you like best about GUIDEcx? As a project manager, I find it most helpful to visually breakdown and communicate tasks with my clients. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? It can be glitchy at times and does go down occasionally. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? Clients are now able to see all tasks related to their onboarding, then can delegate within their own team.

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I love the ability to involve several different users within a project. From customers, internal users, and those keeping an eye on the project - All can be involved! What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX helps me keep track of where I am with multiple projects, as well as moving them along at the proper pace. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Not much. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I love that we can add all our internal and external stakeholders to the project and assign tasks. The forecasted end date is perfect for setting expectations with our clients based on their engagement. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The way each task can have notes and individual statuses assigned to it makes the interactions and tracking of each project item simple, especially with the ability to view all project-wide and task-specific notes in a single place. "Great Onboarding Product - Part of the team who setup Guide CX and Current Administrator"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The automation it provides to the onboarding process! We have a fairly extensive onboarding, and being able to track each piece from the client side to the internal tasks for each team member is great. I am also impressed with the updates the engineering team has continually put out. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Ability for multiple teams to collaborate to service clients even post-implementation.
