"Fastest Help Desk in the West!"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The help desk team is so speedy and helpful that they make all other helpdesks look bad! What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I haven't found a downside...at this point I've enjoyed all changes that have been made to the platform. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? "GuideCX has helped SoundStack standardize our customer deployments."

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The templates in GCX are very helpful because you customize by product or business unit and it allows you to create a project very quickly. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? The integration with Jira has been rough and is not fully complete which makes it hard to have all of our employees able to use GCX since we rely on that integration. "Really useful for providing visibility on projects"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? It is a great place to share meeting agendas and notes, it means they are all in one place and our customers do not even have to log in to receive them. This makes it much easier to see the progress over time.
