"Powerful and getting better every day"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? GuideCX offers many tools to help build quality and consistency into your onboarding processes. Capturing time spent, adding checklists and driving your process through dependencies are all things we needed more control over when we implemented GuideCX, and now we have those! "Comprehensive, but Heavy Cognitive Load"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I appreciate how thorough it is, and how many options we have to keep track of our ongoing projects. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? The card view imposes a really heavy cognitive load. That is my preferred view (I have also tried table & Gantt). If you could make your card view look more like Trello where the cards are expanded and there are fewer to see at a time, it would look less cluttered and overwhelming. "Guidecx Is Great for Engagement, Transparency and Process Efficiency"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? While we are still in the onboarding process and have not used it, we are super excited about the client engagement that the process will provide, as well as, transparency into the client journey for their implementation. "GUIDEcx is the answer!"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The software is built for onboarding customers which is exactly what we needed. Being able to assign tasks to customers and providing transparant insight into the project are the best features. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? "Vastly Improves Onboarding"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Adds structure to our onboarding proccess that we simply did not have prior to using GuideCX. Also adds a layer of polish to our process that customers benefit from. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? Not much to dislike really. "Great tool for onboarding clients"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? It has multiple views and ways to track and manage tasks and at the same time it's a great tool for communication as it can completely replace other tools such as Outlook. It has some great reporting and the ability to build custom reports. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The visibility to our team and clients is helping us streamline our processes and create a repeatable client journey. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? "Transparency"

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? The fact that our clients can view the project details is priceless for our company. Thanks to GCX, they have full visibility without having to ask for an update. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? I am using the Planned End as the Project end date, but I want to have a separate column for Go Live Date. Our Go-live date does not equal our end date so it would be good to see both but as far as I know, there is no way to add a column on the main dashboard ...

What do you like best about GUIDEcx? How it sends out reminders on uncompleted tasks and how it keeps track of time and provides a project completion date. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?
