What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Unlike other platforms I have used in the past, GuideCX will auto update all task assignment dates as you move through the project. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? The task dependencies can make manually changing key dates inside of the project challenging. What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you? GiudeCX allows us to build project teams that can access all project tasks and deadlines to see exactly where we are in each project.

"Intuitive product, amazing team"
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Guide CX is a very intuitive product for everyone on the project and the ability to set dependencies and easily update timelines is a life saver. Our customers love having a live view of the project so they don't have to wait for static updates. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I have been using GuideCX for the last 2 years and to my amaze the product keeps getting better with new feature, UX/UI and automations. It's a great product for Onboarding and Customer Success teams as it allows you to have your entire process laid out with milestones and breakdown of each tasks. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? I was really impressed with how easy it is to figure out. In all honesty we had to tell their onboarding team that we didn't need their help because we already had figured most of it out. Now THAT is a self-service point-solution I can get behind! What do you like best about GUIDEcx? When starting at Goto in 2019, we used to work only with Salesforce and e-mails. When we started using Guidecx in 2020, our lifes where changed for ever. What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Very easy to use, intuitive interface and language. I also love that we can choose what clients see. The summary view and automated emails are a great insight tool and can foster more meaningful conversation. What do you dislike about GUIDEcx? "Customers love the tool."
What do you like best about GUIDEcx? Customers love it because they can easily see the whole project, and when the project is ongoing they can easily check the status and the next task to be finished. I like to have everything regarding a project on the same tool.
