PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I can monitor the hiring process whenever I refer someone as I receive referrals via e-mail to keep us updated. The process of adding a referral in the system is a really smooth. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There have been instances where the people I refer people aren't clear. What do you like best? I like that I am able to submit a referral and get updated each step of the way through their interview process. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Greenhouse is what you make of it. I love that it allows you to build out the features that are important to you and to create the type of ATS that your particular company needs What do you dislike? What do you like best? easy scheduling, its connected to gmail and I can review and reject candidates easily. I also like that it is user friendly. What do you like best? Greenhouse's best feature is by far the customization and detailed feedback. Everything can be customized and standardized, such as your interview line up, the questions each interviewer asks, the qualifications, the personality traits, etc. What do you dislike?
