Why You Should Use Greenhouse

What do you like best? It is easy to use. Very intuitive. Once you have it down, it is very powerful to use. Greenhouse can do all the heavy lifting you may want in an ATS. What do you dislike? -Customer service is lame. Takes too long for responses from tech support. GH needs to have live tech support at all times. - In the Reports section, GH needs to be less rigid in how you use your screen. Allow people to create how they want to show information on the screen and allow it ...

Highest rank software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The greatest in lecture is the User interface and the capacity to manipulate the software. In relation, personalization features are very useful to the business as we keep going to expand. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The information and documentation are bulky, it is not well organized and difficult to understand in accessible database. You require to execute several documents to have the information you ...

Best ATS currently available

What do you like best? Greenhouse has a simple and easy to use interface that easily connects with all the HR stack. Not only does it have a connection for HRIS systems, but also links to recruiting websites and other sites as needed by recruiters. What do you dislike? The mobile app doesn't provide as much functionality as the online version but is still useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Greenhouse made it possible for ...

Helps make the hiring decision easier

What do you like best? I like the ability to quickly review the interactions and evaluations of candidates when looking to make a hiring decision or preparing for an interview. It also has many integrations which we know will help us scale. What do you dislike? Upon preparing for an interview, it can be a bit challenging to find the past evaluations of your co-workers. It would be helpful to see any concerns they have on the information page to easily narrow in on the focus for the ...

Great Recruiting Tool

What do you like best? Best for scheduling interviews and managing hiring teams. What do you dislike? Not so great when it comes to scheduling in different time zones. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Processing applicants and communicating with hiring managers is much easier.

I use Greenhouse as an interviewer only, but the times I have used it, it has been very easy.

What do you like best? I like being able to scroll through anyone's report card for a given roll and compare and contrast people's opinions on a candidate. What do you dislike? It can become a bit cumbersome being an interviewer and getting invited to an interview. When i click the link to "view candidate" it's hard to find my actual report card. I have to click around for awhile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborating ...

Easy and fun to use

What do you like best? Greenhouse is so easy to comprehend and most importantly, teach others in the company. It's a very collaborative tool that allows everyone in the company to engage; whether submitting referrals, interviewing, approving offers or hiring. What do you dislike? There is one function in Greenhouse that annoys me. If I was in the middle of scheduling an interview but can't find the right interviewee, I have to lose the page in the middle of scheduling to add the ...

Good

What do you like best? I think it's great to be able to send a link to people and have a link you can send people to use to apply! I have sent it to several potential applications and it has worked great for them! I think it's great to have a way to link their application to me if they get hired because not everyone remembers to mention who referred them. What do you dislike? I had some trouble when first creating my account, but ever since it's been smooth sailing! I don't use it ...

useful for recruiting and referrals

What do you like best? i like that you can upload everything you need and it's organized in recruiting What do you dislike? I would like there to be default interview questions vs the person having to upload it all the time Recommendations to others considering the product: i would say that you can do many things with it, but the most effective is recruiting. remember to do your own research of interview quesitons before then - but its nice it links to things like linkedin ...

An easy-to-use ATS with a modern concept.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? GreenHouse isn't really hard to use. Its got a majority of the features you'll want in today's ATS. It functions reasonably well with online posts, referrals, and social media. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks the overly easy-to-use referral medium for staff/employees like that of Lever. It so happens their LinkedIn and Chrome extension isn't as robust as I thought. But then again, I'm just nitpicking. ...
