Best ATS out there, but needs improvement on some of the basics

What do you like best? Greenhouse is extremely customizable and has features that no other ATS has. Our hiring managers find it pretty user friendly and intuitive, It's also the best product for the price, and we looked at all of the major payers in this space. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It creates a good user experience for the whole hiring team, not just recruiter. Lots of useful integrations. Plays nice with most other HR/Recruiting software. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and most things are really customizable. Greenhouse is easy to use and incredibly robust in terms of reporting and analytics.

What do you like best? Easy dashboard and very intuitive. Common sense can usually get you to where you need to be or what you need to resolve What do you dislike?
