"Jive is Great"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We love using Jive due to the level of flexibility it allows. Make changes to phone numbers and users on the fly! What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

"Jive made easy"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive has allowed me to connect to our CRM and log each and every call, the auto call recording feature that backs up to AWS S3, is great. We are able to keep the calls for quality assurance and if need be, we can recover the conversation to listen to. The Jive UI is easy to navigate and you don't need a degree in Jiveology to figure it out, if you run into an issue a friendly Jive Rep is just a call or chat session away.

"Jive Comm - Review"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The customer/tech support Jive provides is outstanding. I have called support on a few occasions and every tech rep resolved the issue. They also follow up if the case is still open. This type of service is hard to find these days.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Is great to communicate with teammates and customers. It has help us a lot when we integrate it with our systems and workflow. The API has been really helpful too. We integrated it with our Filemaker data base and it help us to automate the calls for the customers, now our team mates and generate a call automatically directly from the system and are able to communicate faster and easier with the customer and we make sure the calls are made right. What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We made the switch from another VOIP system to Jive and could not be happier. The system is so much more robust than what we had prior to this. The Jive system offers the best for what you get and the customer service is top notch.

"Best Features Best Price"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I have been using Jive now for several years. The PBX admin board is so far more advanced that you will get with any competitor, while being easy to use. Being able to map your dial plan by a simple drag and drop is great.
