What do you like best about GoTo Connect? I have never had any issues with Jive's service. When I started this position I had several questions about the administration of this account. I called several times, they answer quickly, were always SUPER helpful and always followed up to ensure the question had been resolved.

Previous to our purchase of our Jive subscription and switch over to this great product, we had been using a Panasonic phone system. It was a nightmare to configure. Nothing was easy on the old system and even though that system was only 5 years old, I was giving it more and more of my time just to keep it running.
