"Cost effective, simple to use, with excellent concierge service!"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The user interface is extremely graphical and easy to map. And for anything that is confusing, I can get a live help person to walk me through help with a screen share. The level of customer support is outstanding. And what's even better, is how affordable each line is monthly.

"Jive has totally improved the way we handle calls in our office."

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive is super easy to set up, configure, and maintain. It's a very powerful communication tool that easily replaced our PBX system. Customer service/Help Line staff are fantastic. They stuck with us from onboarding thru today. Whenever we call with an issue, we are always able to speak with someone who is helpful, positive, and knowledgable. "Amazing Customer Support"

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? My favorite part of Jive Communications is their amazing customer support. I am not formally trained in computer programming or technical support issues. When I have called in needing help with setting something up, they will log on to my computer to show me how to accomplish the task I am needing to accomplish. Every single person I have spoken with is knowledgeable, competent and able to help me with my task.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Jive is extremely user friendly. The drag and drop platform is simple to use, but exceptionally powerful. The customer service and technical assistance is top notch. Assistance is a phone call or email away. The Jive staff take the time needed to explain and educate.
