What do you like best about GoTo Connect? GoTo is a stable solution compatible with Smartphones, PCs, Mac, and over the web, and also works fine with desktop as a service solution. Reasonable pricing. Provides a solution to record the calls on an S3 bucket on AWS

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? The texting functions, user interface, the connection is very reliable and I have never had any issues. The phone application is also very easy to use and I highly recommend the phone app. I use the iPhone app.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? What I like best about GoTo Connect is the fact that I can use the mobile app on cell phone and answer and make calls hands-free using a Bluetooth headset. This allows me to answer calls on our office number as well as my personal cell phone using the same headset.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? More desk space, no cluncky desk phone or tangles wires! The mobile app is awesome! I can answer, transfer calls, return calls from anywhere using my cell phone and it reveals only my office phone number. Plus, it does not use my cellphone data or minutes. The call log/Activity reporting is very important for me because I work in a law firm and we bill time. It is nice to be able to go back to your call log to determine the duration of the call when ...

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? Easy, centralized mangment of the entire PBX from one brower window. What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

What do you like best about GoTo Connect? We set-up this service right before covid hit. This allowed us to continue operating during 'shut down' and kept our company thriving. It's nice not having desk phones / hardware as well. I've had not issues with the set-up and would highly recommend.
