"Loving Gorgias - No plans to switch...ever!"

What do you like best about Gorgias? The tagging capabilities and macros are probably what my team uses and sees the most, but I always appreciate Gorgias' webinars, it feels like they really listen to customer feature requests and turn those requests into a reality. (ie: twitter integration)
