"Great Solution for a Mobile Workforce"

What do you like best about GoFormz? I like that we can define user groups and allow certain user groups to access only forms available to them. The reduction in the physical paper is a significant improvement in efficiency. On the administrative side, we have seen increased benefits in auto-emailed reports and the ability to pull data downstream. What do you dislike about GoFormz? What do you like best about GoFormz? Great for efficient time-checking and organized in a user-friendly fashion. What do you dislike about GoFormz? Sometimes downloads are slow when trying to download multiple PDF's at once. What problems is GoFormz solving and how is that benefiting you? It has enabled us to keep track of time of our technicians and keep on top of payroll.

"GoFormz works very well for our business"

What do you like best about GoFormz? I like the way multiple technicians can use the application and as a manager I can see right away what each has entered into the forms. We have needed their technical support a couple of times and they were always friendly and eager to assist with issues we had. The issues we have had so far was just learning how to create and use the forms and/or database. Having the database filled with parts that we use is very helpful when filling out a form. What do ...
