"Great Support, Highly Functional, Maturing API"

What do you like best about GoFormz? Firstly, the support is excellent. I had GoFormz thrust upon me when a previous employee left and the GoFormz staff helped me get up and running. The API is maturing rapidly. Other solutions are either too simple or too complex. What do you dislike about GoFormz? The Users and Groups area is difficult to manage when you have hundreds of users.
