"Gladly is the best thing to come to the Customer Support Desk at my company"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly offers us a way to keep all of our customers organized. Often, we have customers who reach out multiple times and Gladly easily compiles them in a cohesive way. The Gladly team, themselves- have been great in helpfulness and responsiveness. What do you like best about Gladly? It saves customers' information it makes documentation easier What do you dislike about Gladly? sometimes when you're on a call with a consumer you get another agent's emails What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? its helping me solve consumer warranty claims and trouble shooting pumps filtration systems

"Very easy to use"

What do you like best about Gladly? Every tool is visible to use, easy work. What do you dislike about Gladly? for the moment, there is nothing is all good, What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to reach every client in all ways with the benefit of every type of channel so it becomes really productive and can reply to every customer so our performance has been increased and the time of reply to them is very fast.

What do you like best about Gladly? It is easy.and real quick,and understandable.and i keep learning while using it What do you dislike about Gladly? Have not found one yet,but i will let you guys know,so far have not notice anything. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem it solves for cxservice ,I am helping people with the warranty makes me feel helpful and good.and also has me willing to help more .

"Very efficient and helpful tool to use at work."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how you can switch between different channels and keep track of your notifications. What do you dislike about Gladly? Hard to find a dislike with Gladly, but I say maybe it could be a little more detailed on the customer's information. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is allowing us to have multiple tasks assigned and develop an excellent service for our customers.

"Gladly is a friendly tool to work with"

What do you like best about Gladly? It is straightforward and lets you create profiles and answer emails and chats, and helps you search for customers and merge accounts. It is a great tool to have. "In all my experience as a customer service rep this is the easies tool to work with"

What do you like best about Gladly? How easy is to work with gladly and that i can use it from my browser without the need to install anything. What do you dislike about Gladly? When a feature goes down, there is nothing much to dislike. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Making my work easier. Being able to work from almost everywhere.
