"Gladly is easy to work with"

What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful about gladly is the fact that you can go back to previous interactions you've had and also set a task to follow up with customers in case you need too and they stay on the left side with easy access too What do you dislike about Gladly? "Advanced Customer Care"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love the answers button because having some answers that I can add with the click of a button really helps save time and allows me to assist more customers. It also has some quick links which are awesome because I don't have to search for the links elsewhere. What do you dislike about Gladly? There aren't enough topics. "Useful and easy to manage."

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly it's an excellent tool to complete tasks and to work with easy navigation. What do you dislike about Gladly? Like all of the softwares,sometimes has issues or bugs,for example double calls or ghost calls. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly allow us to help consumers in a easy way and to communicate and create task to different departments.

"Gladly works for me because I receive notifications about consumers."

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is like my secretary, when i need to do tasks in the near future i use task function instead of using an ordinary calendar. "Plain and Simple friendly tool for beginners or advanced customer service agents."
