What do you like best about Gladly? i like how it mointers my time for lunch break and et What do you dislike about Gladly? i had small hard time finding the customer supppot hand book but it got easier What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? its helping keep track of loging in and out

"Excellent experience interacting with customers through Gladly."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that it gives you all ways and channel to communicate with customers and co-workers, and also the guidelines and preset answers for a variety of situations. What do you dislike about Gladly? I think the transfering to a different department process could be improved. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Knowing what customers issues are and communicating to the the solution.

"Second time Gladly user & continually impressed : )"

What do you like best about Gladly? Ease of access the variation of conversation types, backend maintenance and the features that exist, including the roadmap ahead. The introduction of AI support has been a nice integration to aid those who might be new to Gladly, yet a bonus for those who are tenured. All-in-all...very user-friendly and efficient. "Gladly Review"

What do you like best about Gladly? How easy it is to check information or search for specific things on each ticket or cx information. Very user friendly! What do you dislike about Gladly? It bothers a little bit when Cx has different email accounts that are slightly different and cannot be merged. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Before tickets we're assigined randomly but now they are being assigned from due time giving priority to older tickets first!

"Fun and easy platform."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how easy is to use Gladly for someone who has no experience using web platforms like this, especially in the Customer Service career. It allows you to receive documents very easily and have live interactions so it helps us with Customer support. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Glady operation system"

What do you like best about Gladly? What i like the best is that I can use it very well and it simplifies the information for all ower consumer and helps me collect all information needed and get all ordered up the way it has to be and make our job very easy. "Great one stop Shop system."

What do you like best about Gladly? The site has been helpful as a one stop shop to provide everyone infomation to the customer. What do you dislike about Gladly? I have no complaints to the site overall I would suggest the time out being longer when reviewing interactions. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to review all interactions while assisting the customer.

What do you like best about Gladly? Your organization's data cannot be pasted here. What do you dislike about Gladly? Good and best interactive too. I never seen this type of tool. "Glady is a very efficient tool."

What do you like best about Gladly? On my opinion i love the fact consumers profile can be created so easily. Love that you can transfer calls, send emails and even sms messages. Very easy to use and real efficcient. What do you dislike about Gladly? Difficulty on finding consumers that were just helped. There is a search option but sometimes the consumers you have just helped are not on there. Maybe if that list starts with the last consumer you have helped it will be easier to find. What ...
