"Really nice tool for work."

What do you like best about Gladly? Is fast and complete. It does everything easier to do. What do you dislike about Gladly? I cant think of one thing now. I do like everything as for now. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It does gather all the cx information and put it together for you contact them and resolve issues.

"It's been very easy to use, it reminds me of any type of social network"

What do you like best about Gladly? its easy to use, it has all the information i need very handy! i use it everyday and it's very handful, it's fast and quick What do you dislike about Gladly? i don't think i dislike anything, i haven't had any issue yet What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping us take calls ,sms and chats! all 3 in one!

"I never used Gladly before and it was very user friendly from the very first day!"

What do you like best about Gladly? The system is pretty user friendly and it has many features that we love! What do you dislike about Gladly? There is nothing I do not like right now about Gladly. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Updating their platforms accordingly to what we use it for. It is actually the best platform I have used in my Call Center life.

"Efficient and robust."

What do you like best about Gladly? Being able to match a customers profile with our internal system is a game changer. You don't even have to look for the customer as long as the customer enters the correct information. The sidekick and the chat system is amazing. Being able to ask for a customers credit card number in a secure manner is also one of it's highlights. "Easy to use and understand"

What do you like best about Gladly? that i can see the history calls, chats and email all in 1 and i dont have to get the customer repeat himself all over again for any situation. What do you dislike about Gladly? that sometimes when i close a chat the bubble or conversation still keeps opened like if i still was speaking with the cx What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? when we can merge customers to match them with another conversation

"Best experience working with gladly very friendly and easy to work with."

What do you like best about Gladly? Easily taking a call and changing to chat o SMS at the same time without losing the call. This is an advantage when you deal with several customer service issues daily. Easy to log in and log out, not heavy do not crash my computer. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Glady is a very useful tool as CRM and VoIP"

What do you like best about Gladly? The sound is excellent and can link the Customers in a very easy way What do you dislike about Gladly? It is more about Crate and Barrel, that we need more options to choose on the answer support bar. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly allows me to have the Customer online by Voice, chat, or email. This is very versatile and let me work according to my needs and the company´s.

"Gladly has all the email, chat an phone together its great for a business."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like gladly because it has its own templates for Messages or SMS. What do you dislike about Gladly? I like everything about Gladly because i dont struggle. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps when searching for a customer that you closed, it has a left side error that you can click on it and has the closed customers.

"Interface on 10!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love Gladly for the ease of use. Everything is streamlined, no missed communication, and customers are happy! Customer support is BIG in our industry and gladly helps with that. The number of features, ease of integration, and frequency of use help as well. What do you dislike about Gladly?
