"The best CRM"

What do you like best about Gladly? The usefulness in managing a customer's profile. The way the call system works, the topic section, everything is very easy to read, to understand where it is and remember it for subsequent calls. The Liveboards feature is increadibly useful in checking the trends to know when the peak hours are. "As soon as you understand the app, Gladly will become more great/user friendly"

What do you like best about Gladly? All interactions are under one profile. No need to jump between profiles when dealing with one customer. Also, it's great that you can link one customer's profile with another! What do you dislike about Gladly? "Best Platform to Use"

What do you like best about Gladly? We are able to utilize this as a communication platform to colleagues that are not in the same location as us.It is very helpful and user friendly What do you dislike about Gladly?
