What do you like best about Gladly? The absolute ease of access and communications with clients, plus, all of the recorded replies. What do you dislike about Gladly? As of now, although short lived with the app, I have no complaints. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes ease of access to clients so much easier.

"Awesome Sauce!"
What do you like best about Gladly? The Fact That You Can See The Customers That You Have Assisted. It is easy to use. The features are good , the email, the chat , the Sms feature and the conference feature. What do you dislike about Gladly? The calls that are transferred take a while to removed from the screen. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly solves all the tasks that are brought forth.

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly is very easy to use and that it always looks like it has answers for every question my customers ask I also like the layout because it is simple and easy to navigate What do you dislike about Gladly? "Gladly the easiest tool to use"
What do you like best about Gladly? That you can see the number of calls and emails so you can have an idea if its back 2 back or not What do you dislike about Gladly? That it doesn't let you time between the calls, and you can't change the color of the gladly, i wanted pink What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? At least it doesn't have an income call until yo clicked on close and next

What do you like best about Gladly? Loved all of the content and speakers that attended. It is a way to get motivated for your team. I met great people and learned so much, thank you! "Very easy to use"
What do you like best about Gladly? Texting and talking to people is awesome we could send images and videos, and I can provide good customer service. I use it daily and is also really easy to intergrate with it. What do you dislike about Gladly? Do not have one at the moment, but it has been very useful for me till now. "Great for finding answers when working fast."
What do you like best about Gladly? How easy it is to navigate through the system, very easy to use and very usefull. What do you dislike about Gladly? Can glitch out sometimes when using it. Sometimes the phone keeps ringing. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It benefits me in my everyday work day with helping me find the answers quickly.
