"Excellent System"

What do you like best about Gladly? I really appreciate the predetermined answers and hints about our company policies and procedures. This really helps me to enhance my work development. What do you dislike about Gladly? It usually has some glitches and is easily saturated when there;s a lot of traffic on the queues. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the time deficit by placing templates I can use to better assist with my interactions.

What do you like best about Gladly? Reporting, Monitoring, Answering, and catering to conversations. What do you dislike about Gladly? The timestamp since we can't check as to when the last message was sent. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? We like Glad because it is connected to other applications. Also, it is easy to navigate and super efficient. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes, when you link external customers, your cursor will go to the beginning of your greeting, and you have to be careful to proofread, or you will send a customer a mixed up message. What do you like best about Gladly? The best advantage is that you can be on the phone and can have access to whatever the customer has chat, this is a feature that not all the systems allow you to have, is wonderful!
