What do you like best about Gladly? RULES! This is something we can use to manage our inboxes in cases that we will encounter exceptional cases every season on our account like super high volume on some of our channels and rules to make sure we filter out conversations that are really important to be answered. "Comprehensive and User Friendly"
What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is very user-friendly and makes interacting with customers a breeze. I love how integrated everything is and how easy it is to navigate between inboxes. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't like that it censors the word "weed" as I help customers with lawn care. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly put all customers in one area and lets us filter by inbox which is very helpful and timesaving.

What do you like best about Gladly? The great thing about Gladly is that it's easy for people who are new to the contact center industry to adjust because there are simple ways to address any client problems and a page where you can study all the company's procedures. What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is more organized and it is all at your fingertips the information needed to know about the consumer/customer. You can also review the voice calls in case you have to go back when a customer calls in and keeps all information organized. What do you dislike about Gladly? "The first CRM that is user & customer friendly!"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love that it is not a ticketing system like zendesk or gorgias. It visually is user friendly and is great to look at the entire customer journey, especially with the new loop integration. What do you dislike about Gladly? We some times have difficulty getting our calls to transfer to other available agents, but this may be due to the phones that we use, not the actual program.
