"Improve Employee experience with Thankful"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like how easy it was to set up. Also You get two agents designated to you. That offer amazing support and guidance What do you dislike about Gladly? Reporting was tough at first. But they have greatly improved the analytics pages. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? They are allowing us to respond to customers sooner and freeing up our agents to focus on more complex and creative task instead of the mundane ones.

What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful feature about Gladly is the ability to reassign tasks as the task is updated. I like that it can work interchangeably between teams and departments. What do you dislike about Gladly? I do not like that there is no external notification (email or desktop) regarding comments or updates to tasks. I think if there was an external notification it would keep more eyes on tasks. "All in one tool - Gladly"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love how you are able to integrate all of your tickets from chat, SMS, phone, and email into a single ticket in gladly. You can eventually read every previous interaction with the customer as long as you integrate the email to the tool. This type of capability, as opposed to other tools with distinct tickets from different channels of reach out, helps our customer care in providing rapid assistance to customers. What do you like best about Gladly? its easy to use and navigate, good design, i wish gladly dark mode could be added but i don't really have complaints with gladly. i think its a good tool. What do you like best about Gladly? I like the functions in Gladly and everything is all on one screen. You have your answers and all the other functions. What do you dislike about Gladly? The least helpful is the topics, we have very limited number of them available on our side. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is an amazing platform, I have never any issues while using the platform and everyone in our team is enjoying the use of Gladly.
