Better than dealing with Microsoft, but a way to go

What do you like best? G Suite is a lot simpler for our users and admins alike to figure out. Most of our users already have a Gmail account, so onboarding is simpler. On the admin side, it's fairly straightforward, and Google's support is responsive. What do you dislike? There are still a lot of basic features missing. Where are our shared contact lists, Google?
