What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? It's easy to manage and it solves a lot of manual work when an incident happens. It's great for announcing updates on our hosted PBX solutions as well.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? Design of the page, the fact that it is free to use is very good, not much of other pages offer this much features that Freshstatus.
