"Still new to the system however appears easy and convenient to use"
What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? We are already Freshdesk customers so it seemed only logical to use another Freshworks product for a status page. As I am already familiar with otehr Freshworks admin pages I have found Freshstatus very easy and intuitive to navigate.

"Great for Startups"
What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? I just love the fact they offer a free service for startups and small businesses. That changed the perception our clients have of our service. As a SaaS we need to prove that our service is working well, and they provide exactly that. My clients can check our status, and this increases the chance of closing contracts.

What do you like best about Freshstatus by Freshworks? The pricing as well as how it looks. Really nice modern look and I've yet to find an alternative.
