What do you like best about Follow Up Boss? Automated responses, they go out automatically which is great when you aren't able to respond as quickly as you would like. "Lacking features we need"

What do you like best about Follow Up Boss? It works as an address book with integrated email and tags. Set email reminders etc. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? Does not allow for custom salutations on mailing labels, No choice of alternate fonts / colours, or lablel styles. Their software is not sophisticated in this regard. "Feels Like Bloatware"

What do you like best about Follow Up Boss? The design is pretty simple and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? The help button follows you on every screen and is in the way. I signed up and its onboarding banner is in the way and there's no option to skip any of the instructions. I searched their help articles and they are very basic. "New Pricing is Outrageous!!"

What do you like best about Follow Up Boss? CRM Integration with IDX is pretty good but there are some bugs. What do you dislike about Follow Up Boss? The new pricing is so astronomical compared to what I was paying (which was already high). From $300 to now $690 per month if you have just 10 users.
