We love sending out weekly updates to our parishioners. Our new logo is on the top of the note. We include links to the bulletin and mass sign ups. We also have a poll each week about "get to know our pastor." Fun and informative.

It would have been easy for them to deflect or even write the issue off into some general category that most customer service departments are inclined to do. We at Holy Ghost having using Flocknote for a few weeks now and it has been a very simple and effective way to communicate with our parshioner s during these trying times. We are able reach more people with updates through email blasts and texting. The best experience is the level of support I get when I had questions as new to the program. The engineers are quick to respond, and, so caring and helpful. I just love Flocknote.

Flocknote has been a huge help to improve communication in our parish. We launched it last year, which turned out to be providential: during the Covid19 crisis, it has become THE tool for staying in touch with and as a community. The recently added Sign Up feature is an excellent addition and we are using it already in both churches. I appreciate in particular the competent and prompt assistance we always receive from the Flocknote staff if we need their help.
