Fantastic Service

Our company has been using five CRM for several years and I can say that the customer service is second to none. They have on several occasions adapted their CRM to fit our needs and have a two-way conversation on any developments and adjustments. Special mention to Aidan, Hollie, Harriet and George for their constant support.

Immediate productivity improvements!

A contact recommended FIVE CRM, formerly CallPro CRM – been using their full solution for just over 3 months now and have really noticed a difference. Very nice platform that effortlessly links everything from leads to the CRM to email and calling campaigns. Reporting is really strong and doesn’t take a genius to work it out – they can be scheduled and tailored to different areas of the business and management levels. To top it off the service I received is A+!

"Very good system but lacks explanations fro system failures"

Best of breed CRM for lead generation

We migrated over to FiveCrm (previously CallPro) roughly 3 years ago. The ease of data handling has been transformative when setting up new projects. Customisation is very easy and almost limitless. We have been using FIVE CRM (formally Call Pro) since 2009. It is a valuable part of our armory, helping us to manage multiple campaigns for multiple clients. It is straightforward to configure for each campaign and all team members manage their daily workload through FIVE, ensuring no follow-ups are missed, capturing relevant data for clients and issuing customised reports. The support from the FIVE technical team has always been first class too.
