What do you like best? All the information is on one page. It is very easy to use. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike I am very happy with the way it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We fulfill our technician needs in a timely manner. If there are any issues before, during or after I know I can go to Field Nation and they will help resolve any issue.

Great Support

What do you like best? Having an account rep who is able to guide us through all the possibilities that Field Nation has to use. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike - Field Nation is much like excel where there is a lot of capabilities if you take the time to learn them. Much more than meets the eye. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Boots on the ground beyond where we have brick and mortar offices.

What do you like best? Very easy to use platform, gives a lot of different options for technicians, their support is quick to respond to problems. What do you dislike? Some of the techs are not so great so maybe be a little more picky with what techs you allow on this platform? What do you like best? Field Nation allows my company to deploy experienced technicians anywhere in the country, on very short notice. What do you dislike? Field Nation - Great Service

What do you like best? I am able to view the qualifications of the Tech's before I send them out to a job site. I can accomplish tasks in remote locations without having to spend to send one of my own Tech out. Creating a work order and getting it assigned is quick and essay. A++++ What do you dislike?
