What do you like best? easy to navigate and check the status of your work orders What do you dislike? reporting or escalating an issue. sometimes we don't get a direct response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IT/Data Centers. We can source for an FE pretty much anywhere in the US, although it is challenging on some remote areas, but there is still a chance to find one.

What do you like best? It reaches out to the techs in the area automatically and we can see who requested the job and then contact them. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the ability to schedule and dispatch via the portal and the pool of talent What do you dislike? Some providers try to scam us on the bill. They add bonus etc not previously negotiated. Most techs are excellent. What do you like best? wide variety of field technicians with skill sets/knowledge areas to choose from What do you dislike? difficult to go by ratings, since some do not honestly rate techs or techs will bother you if you rate them lower. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When you need a 'Johnny on the spot". High success rate for solving end user client issues for us a company.

First Job Was a Success

What do you like best? The ability to have multiple vendors interested in my job posting. What do you dislike? The vendor I used requested to add time to the job for "time spent on the job". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This allows me to directly manage the jobs without having to directly pay each individual vendor.
