It's hard when you're not familiar with…

It's hard when you're not familiar with the online payment business. It was a little frustrating going back and forth via email. I asked for a call back to which I was contacted by Shannon. She was amazing and basically dumbed down the process to help me understand what I needed to do. She was assisted by Austin who was very helpful to make sure our system was up and running properly.

Fixed After Other Reps Failed

We had requested this correction multiple times over the past week and while we were told the correction had been made, it was not applied on our end. Katherine Rodrigues finally got this corrected for us. Her assistance was great, although the process of getting customer/technical service help is ridiculously difficult. These issues should never take multiple phone calls and waiting on hold for 50 minutes.
