What do you like best? Having set up payment via Fastspring on my website, it is virtually maintenance-free, unlike other payment services I have used. When I do have queries, the customer support is excellent. What do you dislike? Limited connectivity with other platforms: for example, there is no integration between Fastspring and AWeber, so I can't automatically add buyers to an AWeber email list. Fastspring: Perfect Commerce For My Small Software Company

What do you like best? Very responsive to setup questions; full support for licensed sales with a very fair commission. They've always paid me on time What do you dislike? Not much. I imagine the only issue is they are not as large as Amazon or Ebay; but who is? What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using FastSpring page as my store for my software, InHisVerse Bible Dictionary. In the past, I've used them for other projects

A nice e-commerace presentation for the customer.

What do you like best? Can use customization code to enable automatic registration of customer software. What do you dislike? The help notes are there but it takes a little digging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having automatic customer software registration reduces my workload.

The most scam company ever created on internet.. They will never refund or reply you by mail.. Stole 2000$ from my credit card last week.

What do you like best? FastSpring is like having our own eCommerce department. We could never afford to duplicate FastSpring's service for our small business. It puts us on a level playing field with other online retailers. I especially like the fact that they work with retailers who specialize in digital downloads. What do you dislike? Comprehensive ecommerce solution

What do you like best? FastSpring has enabled us to grow globally much faster than we would have been able to with a simple payment gateway. We can accept multiple payment methods that our buyers request, and which would be difficult to handle with our staff alone. This company is scam

This company is scam - told a minor after already charging him 600 dollars he needed to pay 600 more. Then, when he wouldn't, they told him they would pay "half" if he would close the deal. What a joke!! My card was stolen and no charges should have been made on it. I have been sending emails for the last 12 hours. No one needs a 600 dollar clean up service.

What do you like best? The way the FastSpring team is open to search for a solution even when it's not premade out-of-the-box. What do you dislike? Sometime, they sleep...
