Good entry level payment and subscription management solution
What do you like best? You don't need a merchant account or a payment gateway... which is the most difficult part about setting up alternative solutions. Fastspring also have fairly flexible ways to pay you (as the vendor. What do you dislike? Out of the box, the payments page that customers see looks a bit budget. Repeated complaints required to correct incorrect billing
The people at Fastspring have responded quickly to my inquiries about tax being added to my order, confirming that it was not to be added. Having confirmed that, and receiving a refund of the tax, and after confirming a second time that the tax would not be added to my future orders--- I received an automatic withdrawal for the original amount including the tax. This is a borderline outfit.
This is a borderline outfit. I ordered a key for Freemake Video Downloader and didn't notice they had checked an add function for app reloads that are actually free but for which they charged a $7 insurance fee. My oversight for not checking. Sorry to see a group that provides a useful service engage in borderline tactics. Beware.

Awful support since 2018
Much worse support since 2018. For example, orders through credit cards stopped going through on Friday Oct 9. Reported the issue to support as urgent on Oct 9. As of Oct 12 no reply from support team at all.Customers with insufficient balance on their card cannot retry for 2 days. For example, if I'm a customer and want to buy your product. I try to pay on Oct 12 and my transaction fails. FastSpring won't allow me to try again until Oct 14.Asked the support to lift the limit for a customer ...

Too many credit card chargebacks
Too many credit card chargebacks. FastSpring has a clause in their contract that says you indemnify them on chargebacks. You pay all costs and they still get their cut. So, they won't file counterclaims at all. The Mellenials are seeing through this as fraud chargebacks are easy refunds. All our chargebacks have been Mellenials. I look them up on Facebook each time.I found another company and will see how it goes. I really like FastSpring in all other ways.Steph

After getting scammed by deepbird.com got into this site too
After getting scammed by deepbird.com(i will go and rate them later too)So i tried to speak to the support for refunding my money after the horrible experience i had on the site.. (most of their servers are fake..).....I spoke to this company too (fastspring) as they promised to fix the problem.. But those too didn't reply (i emailed them again.. But no answer)...So is this a new way to scam people? I hope you guys be aware of this
