Caution

Caution. I ordered a key for Freemake Video Downloader and didn't notice that an add function had been pre-checked for app reloads that are actually free but for which I was charged a $7 insurance fee. My oversight for not checking. Be cautious.

This is my first Trustpilot review. I'm concerned a charge shown up on my bank account with fsprg. I do not recall making this transaction at all for this amount and think I would remember. This is the first place I am posting because if it's true you are a payment processing company then statements should show the company people purchased from, not your name / an abbreviation. Relativley easy to use solution, lots of confusion when looking for cotextual vs classic docs.

What do you like best? End user experience, is very good and dealing with customer order queries is also fairly staightforward. What do you dislike? The confusion and difficulties in searching for documents related to classic rather than conrtextual store fronts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy access for end users to purchase software product keys.

The customer service is slow

The customer service is slow. We used to be able to communicate them in the dashboard but not anymore. They opened a new website for support but we can't use our existing account there, we have to create a new one. Service is good but support should be easier.

What do you like best? Easy to subscribe. Really trustworthy. Great customer services. What do you dislike? Little pushback over big banks and credit cards.
