What do you like best? Can use customization code to enable automatic registration of customer software. What do you dislike? The help notes are there but it takes a little digging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having automatic customer software registration reduces my workload.

What do you like best? Easy to use and anyone can start his online shop within few minutes without any hassle. Also pricing is very fair for all. Very good experience as a vendor on FastSpring

What do you like best? Licence and subscriptions handling is very easy and manageable. Also support team is very cooperative. What do you dislike? Fighting to a chargeback is not as easy as it could be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are managing our business through FastSpring, getting payments from customers across the world.

I would leave here good review because they are one of the very very few companies which in fact can really you provide with accepting worldwide payments while you being located somewher in eastern europe for example. It's really a big plus for me.

Imperfect Samples Pianos

I purchased Imperfect Samples pianos through them. I had a problem downloading some of the large files (link expired after few emails they reset the links for me. One-star minus because the first CS email mentioned I should contact the developer (Imperfect Samples although the solution was from their end.

The best for those who have specific needs

What do you like best? I like the amount of customization I have at a reasonable price point. There are simpler systems out there but they lack customization. There are more customizable systems as well but they are more expensive. Also it is AWESOME that FastSPring takes care of taxes especially with the new MOSS rules. What do you like best? Fastspring make it easy to set up products, and manage the API process to communicate with our licence software. We also appreciate that Fastspring takes care of the international tax issues for us. What do you dislike? The user interface can be a bit clunky and difficult to get around until you get used to it, but the help system works fine and you can find stuff eventually. What do you like best? It's not just about being able to accept payments for stuff you sell. In FastSpring I can easily add a new product to sell, even create bundles of products or subscription products. It's an easy process.
