Easy to work with and great customer support

What do you like best? How quick they reply to support concerns. What do you dislike? Interface seems unfriendly at first, but pretty quick to get used to. Having FastSpring helps a lot to eliminate concerns regarding the use of the store because our customers can reach out to them first and they solve on their end. In case they can't, that's the only time they revert to us.

We wish their store had more customization and flexibility for design and features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? FastSpring is a one stop shop and provides a lot more than other lower level payment providers. For example their support for pro-rating and discounts were things we did not even know could come in handy when we signed up and in the end did save us quite some implementation time.
