What do you like best? A well oiled machine for payment processing with reasonable pricing, with underlying tech that for the most part "just works". What do you like best? Convenient dashboard, helpful support team. It is quite easy to issue refunds and to manage orders. What do you dislike? Responding time of customer support is slightly long sometimes. The order page is not ideal, because there is no "double-check e-mail function" and some customers end up not receiving their orders, as there was a typo in the e-mail. What do you like best? Having set up payment via Fastspring on my website, it is virtually maintenance-free, unlike other payment services I have used. When I do have queries, the customer support is excellent. What do you dislike?
