"very useful interactive solution to connect with our customers"

What do you like best about Mediafly? 1. The versatility of the information and formats the platform allows to upload. 2. A great tool to co-create with our clients. 3. An interactive solution to keep connected with our customers. What do you dislike about Mediafly? The speed in some cases is not as expected, although I understand that this depends on the quality of the internet being used. Some customers have had problems accessing the tool or with the very slow visualization of the ...

"A powerful tool that increases analytical efficiency and helps you delve deep into your GTM data"

What do you like best about Mediafly? Intelligence360 has the largest suite of visualizations that I have seen in a no-code analytical tool. It allows for massive amounts of customization. Let's say you wanted to see trends of win rate vs. number of active contacts on an opportunity, I360 will do that out of the box. Marketing attribution? Intelligence360 has that out of the box. This tool has massively increased efficiency for my analytics org. What do you dislike about Mediafly? It ...

"Dynamic, organized sales tools"

What do you like best about Mediafly? I think the most helpful thing about Mediafly Engagement360 is how customizable the workspaces are. The content can be organized in an easy to use way with workspaces that look nice for sharing with customers. The support we receive through Support Tickets and our CSC is great too! What do you dislike about Mediafly? One downside of Engagement360 as someone in marketing on the administration side is that Airship can be clunky to use sometimes. When ...

"Essential Tool for Sales Metrics"

What do you like best about Mediafly? The close rate and conversion reports are the most useful b/c they're not easy to recreate in Salesforce. Being able to filter on your organization's custom fields are also really helpful alongside the standard reports and dashboards to give you ideas on how you can dig into your organization's data. What do you dislike about Mediafly? We transitioned from Analytics to Platform over the past year. I miss the definitions for the fields as part of the ...

"Great Coaching Tool"

What do you like best? I like that both managers and peers can review/hear/learn from calls. The key word feature is a great coaching opportunity as well to focus on specific needs that are being requested in these calls to clients. What do you dislike? I do feel like it can be invasive if used and managed too closely. It could be a tool that micromanagers abuse very easily. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think it is a great coaching tool if you want to take your sales ...

"Great tool for listening to calls"

What do you like best? The feedback feature is great for seeing other peoples comments on how you can improve, or what you did well. What do you dislike? Often times my calls that just go to voicemail are saved, and I have to sift through those. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to remember how you sounded, or what you exactly said to a prospect is never 100% accurate. Im able to hear cadence, tone, and clear transcript of how a call went.

"Great Resource!"

What do you like best? Scorecard features and the call library, especially remotely. Onboarding is much easier through call library and coaching comparisons. Additionally, our CSM and the support has been extraordinary. I never have questions go unanswered and someone is always willing to schedule time with me. Remotely, I can act like I'm on the sales floor and provide the most personalized feedback possible. What do you dislike? There are a lot of features I don't use. It's not that the ...
