Excellent platform, but lacking out of the box.

The EVOQ platform is a fantastic tool for those willing to spend the time to work with it. Its steps ahead of the restrictive templates of WordPress or Joomla. If you are already comfortable with HTML and ASP, then the open ability for customization on a local server install is far better than their competitors. The out of the box platform has modules available for use, but the best experience comes from finding a 3rd party vendor that meets your needs. The only issue of course is that your ...

99% of the Time, DNN Support is Spot On

I've worked with a number of DNN Support Techs over the course of the last 3 or 4 years. 99% of the time it's been a pleasant experience and my issues have been resolved. I would like to give Shan Bains special recognition as he has never failed to help me get to the bottom of any support issue.

Powerful, Convenient and Extensible but Sometimes Frustrating

What do you like best? I have been using DNN since 2007 to create and manage multiple websites. Perfect CMS with a great market place to download modules

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to get going with a bunch of templates and modules for every use case you could need. You can also get mobile responsive skins too. We found it very easy to export a template and load into another site, therefore making it easy to make a quick portfolio of websites for the company. What do you dislike? As well as liking the modules, you don't find many that have a great UI on the backend for the admin users who update the content. The licence ...

Powerfullll search engine

What do you like best? The best part of evoq is its awesomely powerful search engine. Many clients assume that a powerful search engine is an out-of-box feature of a CMS (Google ruined them ; , without considering the cost behind it. And now they will get it, just as they would like it to be. What do you dislike? Nothing is discomforting, except a few browser issues (it's more like limitations of older browsers. Recommendations to others considering the product You need to know if end ...
