Powerful, effective and complex

What do you like best? Evergage is a very powerful tool that can do almost anything we need it to do. Their customer support is fantastic and has been a great partner in understanding our goals and how to use the tool to get there. We use it on our website and in our product. What do you dislike? The UI is pretty complex, so be prepared to invest in learning its capabilities and how to use it. The message WYSIWYG editor is pretty sad, so we just edit our messages in HTML. Recommendations ...

A better overview of what your customers are doing?

What do you like best? I found Evergage so much easier to integrate than other personalization software that I have used. It provided usable information almost immediately. Additionally, they seem to understand where their opportunity lies and the software seems to be moving that direction. What do you dislike? I think the way you target customers could be improved. Fantastic way to onboard, promote self help and analyze customer data

What do you like best? We love being able to use Everage to quickly add in custom campaigns and JS for testing new ideas and track existing campaigns. What do you dislike? Building reports for survey's can be difficult. When sending back the survey data we have to build a special report for the survey. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great for Testing and Segmented Experiences

What do you like best? We have a lot of different segments, and Evergage allows us to test with this data in terms of creatives, functionality, and back-end scripts. It is so much easier to run tests and you are able to utilize a lot of data that you previously could not. What do you like best? The amazing thing about evergage is the precision with which you can target people with the right message. What do you like best? The employees share an eagerness to look at problems and issues our company is facing and define them more as opportunities to test.
