Great solution! Even better customer service!

What do you like best? Very easy to integrate and use with an existing CMS. The ease of use enabled us to hit the ground running, find low hanging fruit and incrementally scale from there. Additionally, I find once the contract is signed with a supplier, all of a sudden it is harder and harder to reach customer service or your account manager. Awesome platform

What do you like best? I love how it's instant. No waiting, no deployment. Also just as easy to "turn back". So in general. On/Off with the ease of a button. What do you dislike? Not enough bi-lingual options for multi-website Recommendations to others considering the product: Take it, you won't regret it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick fixes, up-sells, a/b testing

Endless Potential

What do you like best? I love how agile of an organization they are and how creativity they meet the customers needs. What do you dislike? Some of the UX can be confusing at first but they are constantly iterating and making improvements. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer engagement and lead generation. We have been able to turn our website into a lead machine. ROI so far is incredible.

Very easy to use, deceptively powerful

What do you like best? The easy to share graphical statistics give a solid sense of reassurance that you are on the right path and provide an easy way to share with others. The help section is very well done and make you realized there is sooooo much you could be doing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Evergage fills a space in the analytics market like no other product I've tried. What do you like best? Evergage provides a powerful tool to personalize web experiences based on user behavior or other criteria defined by your marketing strategy. The ability to create site wide as well as geo-location or product interest type campaigns is fantastic. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how they have training available - often, for new users. The product is great as well. What do you dislike? It's a bit of a learning curve to get up to speed - however, I haven't invested as much time as I should have AND there is that training that is available!
