What do you like best? Easy to setup and can avoid development headache. What do you dislike? Sometimes it duplicates some static contents lik images. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recommedations are completely handled by evergage.

Would recommend Evergage to anyone wanting to quickly implement A/B tests
What do you like best? - Customer service is hands down the best customer service around. Quick responses (usually within 2 hours and they always go above and beyond to help resolve issues or help build tricky campaigns - Ability to implement A/B tests and product changes WITHOUT needing to incorporate development - Analytics and the ability to track clicks and page views. What do you like best? The support that we've received - we have been able to try many new things with Evergage. What do you like best? The client engagement team who help us implement campaigns. Very thorough process, smart people who think through solution before implementing. What do you like best? Evergage allows very granular segmentation and personalization for optimal user experience. The capabilities of implementing Evergage across our website have been endless. Super helpful but hard to use
What do you like best? I like being able to directly message my customers in their account. Instead of having to reach out to them via email I can just put a message up in their account and have them either 1. get the information I need to share or 2. have them sign up to participate in a variety of testing activities. Like how you can segment readers based on previous actions and display additional content (say a banner, "pop up" or slide in message to improve registrations and subscriptions. What do you like best? Relative to traditional dev work required to implement changes on site, Evergage allows marketers to make decisions and changes in real-time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Evergage makes it really easy to test real time marketing and communication with customers. You can do almost anything you want to do in terms of messaging and creative.
