Great tool with built in DMP

What do you like best? Evergage was very lightweight to set up and use. What do you dislike? There were some pains at first with screen flicker. Because of new cookie policies, we had to find a work around. The support team was a huge help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Evergage was a great resource for me, as a new brand manager, to try out and test features in our marketing that provided quick insights about our customers, user experiences, and content. What do you like best? How it's instant. Turning features on and off with the click of a button. What do you dislike? With strong cookie policy's these days, not every customer will see these features. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to put together customer segments based on a variety of attributes and actions. What do you dislike? The reporting isn’t totally trustworthy. I’ve seen inconsistencies when comparing to internal numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s basically holding our website together at this point.

Powerful CDP with a wonderfully helpful team

What do you like best? Evergage is a robust tool. Firstly, I was impressed by Evergage's onboarding optional training program set up so new users can learn how to user their tools, use cases, and practice building out campaigns. I also find their documentation helpful with concrete examples and step by step technical walk throughs, often with screen shots.
