PCR is a great product for Recruiters

What do you like best? I am still ECSTATIC that PCR can "capture" a candidate and add them right into PCR. Some of us still have some files we use for an active project. If a person is not available to ask a question, the answer can often be found right on PCR. Howsomever, garbage in, garbage out. Everyone must do their part in this regard. What do you dislike? Our team requested a change to the resume inhaler operation. If we receive a resume from someone by email, we can ...

Top Marks for PCRecruiter

What do you like best? The best things about PCRecruiter are the user friendly application and the service. They have the best technical and training experience I have ever encountered. Their staff are highly trained and knowledgeable and you have prompt, accurate replies to any question. What do you dislike? I have honestly not found anything to dislike during my six years of using this product. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for an ...

Very Easy to Learn and Stay Organized

What do you like best? It was not hard to learn. Of course I learn something new every day from my colleagues who have been working with the system longer, and I enjoy finding out new nuances. What do you dislike? Twice somehow PCR got disconnected from outlook and I had to cut and paste emails into PCR way of activities Recommendations to others considering the product: be patient with yourself when learning the software What problems are you solving with the product? ...

User Friendly ATS Database`

What do you like best? I love how the tools can be modified to the company needs and able to access it everywhere. The capture tools that make to us recruiter in absorbing all the candidate's information to the database. What do you dislike? Get notifications prior to the update will be beneficial so we will be aware why it's lagging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Attract and capture exact data of the candidates Response ...

Customer Service is Top Notch

What do you like best? My team likes the ability to customize the fields, rollups and profiles which allows us to tailor our database to fit our needs and make us more efficient. I also think the customer service it absolutely top notch. Any time I have an issue I get a response almost instantly, and a solution very quickly as well. What do you dislike? We have four different databases, that all require their own specific fields and formatting, this makes it difficult to hop back ...

Fix the whole problem, not part of it . . .

What do you like best? Data Sorting on Roll up Pages, allows me to sift and comb data by relevant queries What do you dislike? 1) GUI no so much . . . Monochromatic presentation does not lend itself to rapid use. Need to rework GUI so that it is presented based on hierarchy of functions. Also need to rework buttons/options to correspond to functionality. 2) See below What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Functionality within PCR ...

User friendly but very intuitive system.

What do you like best? PCR has been great for managing all the individuals we deal with on a daily basis, from clients to candidates. Highly customizable program to help meet whatever requirements you need. Great customer service and main sequence is always trying to improve their product. What do you dislike? At first, it was difficult to get used to but over time it becomes second nature. Their chrome extenstion "PCR capture" was a great tool to parse resume however lately it has ...

Does what we need it to.

What do you like best? I like the "parse" tool the best. I don't have to input each value (first, last name, phone number, email, etc.) manually. It finds it and puts it in the right place for me (most of the time). What do you dislike? It's behind the times. I've never noticed anything different with any of the "updates" it has. Recommendations to others considering the product: It might be better if we used one of the few other softwares it's integrated with but we don't so ...

Clunky but improving

What do you like best? PCR works really well for data storage and retrieval and is easy to navigate What do you dislike? Lacks a lot of the functionality that other CRM/ATS' offer like dynamic rollup lists and the candidate movement through the interview process is clunky. The analytics are almost nonexistent and the mobile app is completely stripped down and missing most of the necessary information to be useful. It has no automation and lacks most forms of bulk communication ...
