What do you like best? I love how the tools can be modified to the company needs and able to access it everywhere. Customer Service is Top Notch

What do you like best? My team likes the ability to customize the fields, rollups and profiles which allows us to tailor our database to fit our needs and make us more efficient. User friendly but very intuitive system.

What do you like best? PCR has been great for managing all the individuals we deal with on a daily basis, from clients to candidates. Highly customizable program to help meet whatever requirements you need. Great customer service and main sequence is always trying to improve their product. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the "parse" tool the best. I don't have to input each value (first, last name, phone number, email, etc.) manually. It finds it and puts it in the right place for me (most of the time). What do you dislike? It's behind the times. I've never noticed anything different with any of the "updates" it has. Clunky but improving

What do you like best? PCR works really well for data storage and retrieval and is easy to navigate What do you dislike? Lacks a lot of the functionality that other CRM/ATS' offer like dynamic rollup lists and the candidate movement through the interview process is clunky.
