What do you like best? I like the interface and capture function with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? It seems designed for staffing firms, we've had to modify the components to be used in a retained search scenario. Very well loaded Applicant Tracking and CRM software

What do you like best? PCR is an easy to use, user friendly software system for recruiting and client management. They have an excellent online wisdom base where most answers can be found easily. Once you learn the basic lingo it's easy to use and customize. Great Potential but Too Rigid

What do you like best? PCR is responsive to user ideas and suggestions for improvement. The software is web-based so no need to download and install a large file. They have great tool extensions that substantially decreases the time spent navigating and updating records. The activity recorded is highly customizable to make result tracking easier. What do you like best? I have been using PC Recruiter for a number of years and they have been a fantastic tool in my recruiting business. PC Recruiter has evolved and improved over the years.
