Can do better

What do you like best? Roll-ups and everything about them (stage, plans, etc) What do you dislike? Parsing abilities. While better than entering everything manually, it still need us to do a lot to fill in the blanks or edits Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely give it a try and see if it fits your needs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying on top of candidates. It is much easier to keep ...

Gets the job done well, but could be more intuitive

What do you like best? The ability to import from social media and job boards is huge. I like the pipeline setup a lot and how it can be imported into quick books What do you dislike? the fact that customizing reports always causes a glitch or that roll up codes and pipeline codes don't match up, requires duplicate coding all over the place Recommendations to others considering the product: having live refresh pages for pipeline and roll up / pipeline codes that are a match ...

Does what is needed, but I really miss SalesForce

What do you like best? It has some cool features where you can send an email that will delete itself where you can see when it is viewed, but our team has not been trained on how to use the feature. It does effecitvely store information for candidate interviews and the text is search queryable. They have recently implemented a feature where you can click on a resume based on a key word search that is highlighted in the resume which is nice. What do you dislike? I have used ...

Lots of features, little intuition

What do you like best? I like: - Easy to navigate tabs - Rarely crashes - Optimizes search results by most recently edited - LinkedIn quick add feature - Recent mobile app update is nice What do you dislike? - (#1 issue) non-intuitive, outdated interface. Figuring things out is a pain and things are not located where you'd expect them. - Clunky and inefficient Outlook extension - Slow - No ability to have two informational tabs open at once for a ...

Great ATS versatility

What do you like best? PCRecruiter is the best in my book because it’s so versatile, there’s nothing it can’t do. What do you dislike? If it can do everything, there are some things other products do better. But if you have multiple business lines like us, we need the versatility. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to give my teams tools for executive search and temp staffing all in one piece of software. Response from ...

PCR makes connecting with clients and candidates extremely easy!

What do you like best? The best way to reach someone in my experience, be it client or candidate, is to call AND email them. Some people check voicemail, some don't, and others just text. With the rollup shortcut numbers, I can choose between 20 different custom emails that I've written, personalized to the individual, and send it with literally one click. I usually have my recruiting or marketing email sent before I'm done leaving the voicemail, then with one click on the profile record ...

PCRecruiter - Keeping things simple

What do you like best? All of the information is in one location. Whether you are working with companies or individuals, it is easy to track the process and where everything is at. What do you dislike? None. You can tailor everything to your exact specifications. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The idea of streamlining and candidates process was tough until I began to use PCR. Since then, it has been easy to keep up-to-date ...
